When a company works in tandem with a union labor force, it is important that both the company and the union have confidence in the experience and fairness of their employee assistance program. For over twenty seven years, Yost EAP has worked with several companies that have vibrant unions. We are experienced in labor-management relations as related to EAP and provide union training and ongoing consultation with union officials as an integral part of our programming. Typically, union officials are also included in the EAP planning and development process. We have also been quite successful in working with key union liaisons who take a preventative approach in helping to direct troubled employees into the EAP.
